Executive Assistant – Client Coordination (East Africa)

NEMBYTE Technologies is hiring a highly organized Executive Assistant to support client coordination and communication across East Africa, including Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania.

This role focuses on keeping scheduling, communication, and client follow-ups structured and consistent. You will help ensure that conversations with both prospective and existing clients remain organized, professional, and timely.

The position is ideal for someone who values organization, reliability, and clear communication when supporting professional relationships.

This is a fully remote contract role supporting NEMBYTE’s growing work with businesses across East Africa.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate scheduling between NEMBYTE leadership and clients

  • Manage calendars and meeting logistics across multiple time zones

  • Send timely follow-ups and maintain professional client communication

  • Keep organized records of client conversations and interactions

  • Help maintain consistent communication with clients across East Africa

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and reliability

  • Fluency in Swahili

  • Professional working proficiency in English

  • Comfortable working remotely and coordinating across international teams
