Clients are responsible for ensuring proper rights to any data shared under separate service agreements.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise defined in a written agreement, proprietary systems, methodologies, frameworks, and models developed by NEMBYTE remain the intellectual property of NEMBYTE Technologies.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEMBYTE shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to a claim.
